Cornell Kennedy

Cornell is a lawyer by day and actor/dancer by night. By day, Cornell practices business law by representing individuals and business owners with contracts and various other legal and business needs. By night, you can find Cornell performing in various plays and shows throughout town. He began performing in 2019 with his first show being Violent Delights, a danced based epic re-imagining of Romeo and Juliet. His most recent performance was a dance based show called That Woman, an original piece produced by Tennessee Playwrights Studio. It told the stories of ten women who were involved or rumored-to-be-involved with President John F. Kennedy – all explored through dance. While he has never been professionally trained and is relatively new to performing, he has a passion for the arts and enjoys the escape it provides from the everyday hustle and bustle of the corporate world.
